Our Blackboard Managed Hosting service provider has reported the following status update regarding the UNC Blackboard environment:
“Service Interruption Possible_Network Latency: We have been notified by one of our ISPs that they are currently experiencing problems within their network. This may result in increased latency and/or packet loss when trying to access your hosted Blackboard system. A benefit of being a Blackboard Managed Hosting client is that we maintain multiple redundant connections to the Internet and this should help the situation. It is possible that traffic will be directed to our second provider during this time.”
