Blackboard Collaborate Status

We apologize for the inconvenience, but the Blackboard Collaborate service, managed by Blackboard Managed Hosting Services, experienced an outage that started around 3PM MT on January 17th. The outage was resolved at 4:20PM on January 17th.


  1. I am resending a post that somehow did not publish. I am unable to paste my work from a doc to the discussion posts. I understand there is a problem but would appreciate some updates. I have already lost work that was posted directly on the board. Please advise as to a solution and your progress on the matter as I do not have time to recreate my work.

  2. I am unable to open about 1/3 of the posts on which I am supposed to be having discussions. Please hurry and get this fixed. Thank you.
